1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, the phone call records showing conversation between the petitioner and the principal accused on the date of occurrence and the fact that the petitioner stands on a different footing than the one who was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 6.11.2025 in CRM (A) 3107 of 2025, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
