1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary including the statements of victim and the other witnesses and the injury report showing injury being inflicted on vital parts of body like head and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioners, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
