Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

The 16 year old victim girl in her statement had implicated the present petitioner. She stated that some others had forcibly given her in marriage to that person who beat her up, raped her and sold her for a sum of money at Delhi.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3589 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
