A lady of 16 years of age was being disturbed by the petitioner. The petitioner tried to force her into marriage with the use of fire arms. Such is the statement recorded by the lady under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 5129 of 2022 is dismissed.
