Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the fact that in spite of information received by the police authorities, no steps were taken.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that Bowbazar P.S. Case No. 225 dated 07.10.2024 was registered for investigation.

Having considered that the police authorities at the relevant point of time has taken appropriate steps, I am of the view that further grievance of the petitioner, if any, be addressed before the jurisdictional court in seisin of the criminal case. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 24663 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
