Perused the case diary.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner had taken huge sums of money from several individuals in the name of purchasing landed property for them. But, he defrauded them. He did not even comply with the notice under Section 35 (3) of the BNSS. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
