It is ordered that the investigation be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 2 months from date.

The CID, West Bengal shall proceed independently in the matter and shall not hesitate to record any lapses and omissions in the investigation already conducted by the Rajarhat Police Station.

There shall be no order as to costs.
