Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. It is submitted on behalf of the State that as of now, no FIR has been registered at the instance of the purported complainant. Only an intimidation was made at the portal of the NCCR leading to holding of certain amounts in certain bank accounts.

As no FIR has yet been lodged in respect of the complaint or against the present petitioner, the application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the same is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to pray for anticipatory bail afresh in case such a complaint is registered as an FIR.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
