The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents continue to disturb him notwithstanding stay of the judgement and order dated 26.03.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), First Additional Court, Diamond Harbour in T. S. No. 101 of 2011. The order of stay was passed in Title Appeal No. 39 of 2018 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas.

The petitioner may pursue civil remedies in accordance with law.

The Magrahat Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
