Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials available in the case diary. 2.

Having heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the State Counsel, I find that the eyewitness, the son of the victim, has deposed before the learned Trial Court in tune with the prosecution case and further, his deposition has been supported by the contents of the post mortem report regarding sharp cutting injuries. It is found that the petitioner is languishing in the judicial custody for about four years, but in view of the evidence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, at this stage.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
