1. Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the learned counsel of the NCB, I find that there are certain materials showing that there is a CDR linkage with the present petitioner and other apprehended accused.

2. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
