A CISF personnel apparently, committed suicide by using a service revolver he was working with. He left behind a dying

declaration. The dying declaration implicates the petitioners in both the applications. Prima facie case stands made out against both the petitioners.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in both the applications. Prayers for anticipatory bail of the petitioners in both the applications are rejected.

CRM (A) 5133 of 2022 and CRM (A) 5153 of 2022 are dismissed.
