1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Although it is submitted that all the accused persons have been granted statutory bail, having regard to the nature of involvement of the present petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence as revealed from the case diary and from the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim and other incriminating materials available in the case diary against the present petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
