In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. None appears on behalf of the State.

Bail was granted on 04.12.2024. Petitioner was granted bail after six years seven months. In view of the fact that thereafter almost 15 months have passed, I am of the opinion that the conditions so imposed while granting bail be hereby waived. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
