Banerjee) with CO 3509 of 2024 Mr. Sibasish Ghosh Mr. Tanmoy Mukherjee Mr. Souvik Das Mr. Rudranil Das ...for the petitioners The grievance of the petitioners is that the learned executing court has not taken any step for reconstruction of the records of the execution case. Pursuant to the order dated May 15, 2025, the learned District Judge, Howrah has submitted a report dated May 17, 2025. From the said report it appears that records in connection with Title Execution Case No. 1 of 2010 and Execution Case No. 2 of 2010 had been reconstructed in compliance with the direction passed by this Hon'ble Court in CO 1649 of 2023 and CO 1651 of 2023 respectively. In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and nothing remains to be decided in these civil revision applications.

The petitioners are directed to take steps in the aforesaid execution cases.

Learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 7th Court at Howrah is requested to make an endeavour to proceed with the aforesaid title execution cases keeping in mind the order passed by the coordinate Bench in CO 1651 of 2023 and CO 1649 of 2023. With the above observations both the revisional applications stand disposed of.
