It appears from record that relating to the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent No. 2 by letter dated 13th August, 2021 and it is the allegation of the petitioner that till date the same has not been considered and is still pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA No. 23980 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 13th August, 2021 as appears at page 74 of the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his

authorised representatives within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
