It appears that the proceedings under Section 7A of the EPF Act is still pending before the appropriate authority.

The petitioner by filing a writ application during pendency of such proceedings has raised the issues which has to be considered by the authority adjudicating the 7A proceedings and as such at this stage this Court finds no reason to entertain the writ application preferred by the petitioner herein.

The writ application is accordingly disposed of with the liberty granted to the petitioner to agitate all the issues as

raised in the writ application before the authority concerned during the hearing of the 7A proceedings.

WPA 24692 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
