Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners.

In view of the same, the writ petition being WPA 23978 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance. There shall however, no order as to costs.
