Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM(NDPS) 1549 of 2025. Learned advocate for the State do not dispute such contention.

Consequently, the petitioner be released on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Jagannath Porel shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court under NDPS Act-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date fixed

by the learned trial court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the districts of 24 Parganas (South), 24 Parganas (North) and Kolkata without the prior permission of the learned special court. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1254 of 2025 is allowed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
