After filing of the writ petition, the District Judgeship, Bankura has issued a letter dated 17.01.2024 asking for willingness of 25 Process Servers/Seal Bailiffs/Summons Bailiffs to participate in the promotion process to the post of L. D. C.

It is ordered that the process is completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from date.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
