Mr. Debapratim Guha, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has expired and, accordingly, this revisional application has become infructuous.

He further submits that the retiral benefits of the petitioner have not been given by the respondent/State and he be allowed to claim the same in accordance with law.

In light of the above submissions, this revisional application is dismissed as infructuous and liberty is granted to the petitioner's wife to claim any retiral benefits, if any, in accordance with law. (Shekhar B. Saraf, J.)
