Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that allegedly from his house 30.980 Kgs. of Ganja were recovered and the petitioner is in custody for 4 months and 14 days. The investigation of the case is still in process and further detention of the petitioner is unwarranted. Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand opposes the prayer for bail and submits that not only contraband but also arms were recovered in connection with the instant case and petitioner is thickly connected with the alleged offence. Further investigation is in progress. Having considered the stage of the case and the fact that investigation is still continuing as also the quantum of seizure, I am of the view the provisions of Section 37 of the

NDPS is attracted, as such the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1268 of 2025 is dismissed.
