I find that the learned Special Court has been smoothly progressing with the trial. In view of the aforesaid, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4049 of 2022 is disposed of.
