1. I have gone through the materials on record. It appears that the petitioner has claimed that there is a delay in trial. I find that 11 witnesses have been examined by the prosecution but all the time the petitioner availed the benefit of section 231 of Cr.P.C.

2. Hence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
