Leave is granted to the learned Advocate for the petitioner to correct the cause title of the writ petition.

The petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Upper Primary Level) for appointment in the post of Assistant Teacher of History under physically handicapped category. The petitioner is aggrieved as she was not called for personality test.

To deal with the said grievance of the petitioner, the Commission was directed to file a report. Ms. Dubey, led by Dr. Patra, learned Counsel for the Commission in terms of the said direction files the report, which is taken on record.

It appears from the said report that the last candidate called for personality test in the said selection process in the category of the petitioner scored marks higher than her, as such she was not called for personality test.

Therefore, there is no error in the decision of the Commission.

W.P.A. 23985 of 2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
