1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is kept with the records.

2. The petitioners seek consideration of the representation filed before the Registrar, Registrar of Firms, Societies and NonTrading Corporation, West Bengal.

3. The representation made by the learned advocate for the petitioners is pending consideration before the aforesaid authority since July, 2024.

4. Without going into the merit of the said representation, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the legal representation dated 8th July 2024 filed on behalf of the petitioners in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward copy of the legal representation dated 8th July 2024 along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondents at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
