The petitioner prays that her representation, appearing at page 27 of the writ application, be considered by the respondent no.3. It is submitted that the said representation was filed on 4th September, 2025 and the same has not been considered till date. 3.

On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider such representation by giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties and the documents produced by the authorities and by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the date of communication of this order.

The writ application stands disposed of accordingly.
