Dismissed attention of the Court to the order dated 10.03.2025 and submits that the report submitted by the concerned expert were not properly appreciated by the learned trial court and the bail application was rejected.

Learned advocate for the de facto complainant is present and opposes the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate for the State has drawn the attention of the Court to the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. as well as the medical report.

I have considered the overall circumstances but having regard to the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the

petitioner on bail. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the examination of the victim girl is over. Learned special court is directed to ensure that the evidence of the victim is recorded within a period of 60 days from the next date so fixed. At this stage, CRM(M)2010 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
