1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the records.

2. The petitioner participated in the recruitment process to the post of Assistant Teachers conducted by the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas in the year 2009. The process was completed in the year 2021. The petitioner raises several irregularities in the recruitment process.

3. This Court has considered the same in the order dated 25th April, 2024 passed in W.P.A. No. 20966 of 2022 (Kakali Mondal & Ors. - Vs. - The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

4. Since the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition on 26th September, 2023 within the cut off date mentioned in the order dated 25th April, 2024, the

petitioner is, therefore, entitled to the benefits of appointment on the same terms and conditions and subject to scrutiny as mentioned in the said order.

5. Since the last date for considering the application by the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas was 30th May, 2024, the petitioner's case shall be considered by the Chairman, District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas in terms of this order notwithstanding the expiry of the last date.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
