Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since November, 2023 and the case has already been committed to the court of sessions. Date has been fixed for consideration of charges. Learned advocate submits that earlier the petitioner applied for bail and the present application is for renewal of the prayer for bail. It has been submitted that on any stringent conditions, the petitioner may be released on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is a history-sheeeter. There are at least nine cases registered against him for various offences and the petitioner was arrested from Kerala.

Be that as it may, having considered that date has been fixed for consideration of charges, at this stage, I am not inclined to

release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner being CRM (M)1936 of 2025 is dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
