The petitioner prays that the representation filed by the writ petitioner before the Chairman of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, respondent no. 3 be considered in accordance with law.

On hearing the parties the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall consider the representation dated 22nd September, on hearing the parties and considering the documents filed and the same be disposed of within sixth days from the date of this order and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order.
