By filing the instant application the petitioner has prayed for restoration of CRMSPL 59 of 2019 by recalling the order dated 16th March, 2021. It is stated in the petition that the learned advocate for the petitioner was unable to come to this Court due to her illness during Covid pandemic period and she had no latches to conduct the case.

I have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the learned advocate for the State respondent.

The application is allowed and CRMSPL 59 of 2019 is restored to its file.

Fix 28th July, 2021 for hearing of CRMSPL 59 of 2019.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of the application to the learned advocate for the State respondent in the meantime.
