It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 3rd August, 2020 by the Sessions Judge, Howrah. Due to lack of proper instruction, he could not surrender before the Trial Court to obtain bail. Now the petitioner undertakes to surrender before the Trial Court and therefore he prays for granting stay upon the warrant of arrest issued by the Court below. Mr. Suman De, learned Counsel who usually appears on behalf of the State is directed to appear on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority. Having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State, the instant application being CRR 4501 of 2025 is hereby disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of two weeks and in the event of such surrender, the Court below will dispose of the petitioner's prayer for bail

in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made herein. The impugned order issuing warrant of arrest dated 03.06.2023 is hereby stayed for a period of two weeks or until surrender by the petitioner before the Trial Court, whichever is earlier.
