The writ petitioner challenges marks in the TET 2012 after five years in the year 2017.

The said TET has resulted in a subsequent recruitment process in the year 2013 and thereafter.

In view of the inordinate delay in filing of the writ petition, no relief can, therefore, be granted to the writ petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.

12.

There shall be no order as to costs.

13.
