Mr. Kaushal Chatterjee ....for the petitioner Mr. Amit Chakraborty Ms. Sarda Sha ....for the Union of India The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the fact that in compliance with the order dated October 16, 2023, the petitioner has been provided a seat in MD (Radiodiagnosis) at Army Hospital (Research & Referral), New Delhi and the petitioner has accepted the said seat.

In that view of the matter nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 23727 of 2023 is disposed of.
