Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for one year two months and only one witness has been examined till date. As such, learned advocate for the petitioner prays that on any stringent condition petitioner may be released on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the Case Dairy.

I have considered the materials available, particularly the medical documents and I am of the view that this is not a fit case for considering the prayer advanced by the petitioner. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1934 of 2025 is dismissed. However, the learned trial Court would consider the detention of the petitioner and take steps so that the trial is expedited.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
