Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the notice issued under Section 133 of the Motor Vehicles Act and Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Petitioner claims innocence.

Be that as it may, Kalna P.S. Case No. 780 dated 18.07.2023 was registered for investigation under Sections 279/304A/427 of the Indian Penal Code. The report which has been submitted is of 6th November, 2024.

Petitioner would in the circumstances take steps before the learned Magistrate.

Learned Magistrate, in case any application is taken out by the petitioner, will decide the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 24611 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
