Mr. Prakash Mishra ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent of the charges and they have been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case, who are in custody for one year and three months. It has also been submitted that there is variation in the statement of the victim at different stages. Additionally, it has been submitted that so far as the evidence relating to circulation of obscene materials, the police authorities have failed to collect and address such issues in course of collection of the evidence. Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary.

I have considered case diary, particularly, the statement of the victim girl before the learned Judicial Magistrate.

I have also taken into account the stage of the case when the examination of the victim is in progress before the trial court.

Considering the stage of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 1932 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
