1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute has been amicably settled and the petitioner and his wife are leaving together peacefully and the present petitioner does not want to press this application.

2. The learned counsel for the State submits that this is the second application on the self-same cause of action.

Be that as it may, the application for anticipatory bail stands dismissed as not pressed without giving any liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.
