Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the State counsel, I find that there are sufficient materials including the WhatsApp chat between the concerned person and the present petitioner.

In view of that, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. 4.
