Petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with the instant case and submits that they are in custody since June 2025. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the investigating agency has on the basis of circumstantial evidence submitted charge-sheet against the three petitioners. The T.I. parade, according to the petitioners, is inconclusive and the post mortem report itself is questionable. It is stated that the petitioners are innocent and as such, they may be released on any stringent condition.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the case diary and drawn the attention of the

Court to the statement of the witnesses as also the materials which have been seized in course of the investigation. Having considered the statement of the witnesses and the materials so collected along with the attending circumstances and the fact that the charge is yet to be framed, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail at this stage. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 1965 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.
