The writ petition is directed against an order dated July 27, 2022 passed by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal in O.A. 2856 of 2019.

By the impugned order, the Tribunal directed the concerned Officer to supply certified copy of the order dated July 17, 2019.

Learned Advocate appearing for the writ petitioner referring to the supplementary affidavit submits that, the writ petitioner received a copy of the order dated July 17, 2019 in compliance with the order dated July 27, 2022 of the Tribunal. The writ petitioner is seeking to prefer an appeal from such order.

State is represented.

In such circumstances, no further interference is

called for.

All points raised by the parties are kept open. WPLRT 159 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
