1. The District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas (in short 'DPSC, North 24 Parganas') has sought time for extension to file report.

2. Mr. Ray, Counsel for the petitioner submits that since there is extreme urgency in the matter, the petitioner's case could be directed to be considered after a suitable review process by the Chairman, DPSC, North 24 Parganas.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant writ petition is disposed of directing the Chairman, DPSC, North 24 Parganas being the respondent no.7 to reconsider the case of the writ petitioner in the recruitment process and ascertain as to whether she was in fact eligible for being recruited as an Assistant Teacher (Primary) in the said district in the said recruitment process.

4. The Chairman, DPSC, North 24 Parganas shall bear in mind the observations of this Court made in paragraph 3 of the order dated 7th December, 2023.

5. Let the Chairman, DPSC, North 24 Parganas take a decision in the matter within a period of three weeks from date mandatorily and positively.

6. For the aforesaid purpose, the Chairman, DPSC, North 24 Parganas may give a personal hearing to the petitioner and ascertain all documents produced by him.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
