Pursuant to the last order dated November 29, 2024 copy of the contempt application has already been served upon the alleged contemnors.

This is a contempt proceeding arising from an order dated June 27, 2024.

While considering the contempt application today, it appears that the entire order wherefrom the contempt alleges, is not there in the original application. The contempt application also suffers from other typographical and formal defects.

In view of the above, the petitioners pray for leave to withdraw this contempt application with a leave to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

For the ends of justice such leave is granted. This contempt application is allowed to be withdrawn from the record with a leave to the petitioners to file afresh on the self-same cause of action and self-same charges of contempt.

This contempt petition CPAN 1608 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
