1. The present petitioner filed this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking expeditious disposal of the Title suit No. 289 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.

2. It is the specific case of the petitioner/plaintiff that petitioner has filed Title Suit for declaration and permanent injunction in the year 2020 and the same is still pending, that title suit required to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

3. Having heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and on perusal of the order passed by the Trial Court it appears that from the order No. 58 dated 01.09.2025 the next date has been fixed on 11.11.2025 for hearing of petition dated 15.07.2025,

12.03.2025 and 26.11.2024.

Those applications are for substitution of defendants.

4. It was also directed to file written objection, if any, in the meantime before the date of hearing.

5. In view of the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court do not find any necessity to issue notice and revisional application upon the opposite party as the prayer is innocuous and genuine.

6. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of all the applications as expeditiously as possible after hearing the parties and thereafter shall make all endevour to conclude the proceeding to its logical conclusion on the basis of day to day hearing.

7. With the above observation and direction this application is disposed of.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

9. All parties shall act on server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
