Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Minor victim has supported the prosecution case.

In view of her evidence and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

We request the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible bearing in mind the statutory mandate under Section 35(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
