Although an argument is made on behalf of the petitioner that on the basis of the statement of the co-accused, the petitioner has sought to be arrested. However, we are not convinced with the said submission having regard to the fact that he has a criminal antecedence, as revealed from the case diary. 2.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the present petitioner is rejected. 4.
