It is noted that the petitioner retired from his service in 2012 and after nearly nine years his gratuity has been paid with compound interest.

The petitioner does not want to proceed with this matter.

Hence, this matter is disposed of as it has been settled by payment of gratuity which was the prayer in this writ application.
