We find from the report that the petitioner has been adhering to the conditions of bail.

We see that the trial is yet to commence and there is little possibility of an early conclusion of the trial. 4.

Since the petitioner is complying with the conditions of interim bail, we are inclined to confirm the order of interim bail on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted to the petitioner and we do so. 5.

CRM (NDPS) 1574 of 2024 is disposed of.
