The petitioner wishes to press prayer (b) i.e. enquiry against the Headmaster of the School.

Various acts and omissions have been alleged against the Headmaster before the DI, in complaints dated 18th July, 2012. The petitioner appearing in person has attempted to produce certain copies of the complaints of other teachers lodged before the Uluberia Police Station, local S.D.O. and S.P., Howrah, in this regard.

This Court is of the view that the matter is stale and cannot even otherwise be enquired under Article 226. The petitioner may take steps as he may be advised, in accordance with law.

This Court has not in any way decided any of the issues raised by the petitioner.

Since no affidavits have been called for by this Court, the allegations in the writ petition shall not be deemed to have been admitted by any of the respondents. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
